This Master’s thesis explores Business Process Management (BPM) through a case study of a construction firm in Kuwait, focusing on its procurement processes. The research aims to identify inefficiencies, map existing workflows, and propose improvements using BPM methodologies. By analyzing procurement from request to delivery, the study highlights process bottlenecks and offers optimization strategies. The findings contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making in construction procurement management.
