The current research, with a reference to Stuttgart, delves into technology integration for enriched experiences and sustainability, emphasizing a comprehensive, stakeholder-involved approach. Smart tourism should transcend technology, striving for a unified approach rather than individual solutions for stakeholders. It should center around shared objectives, a deep understanding of tourist´ behavior, and the promotion of sustainable habits, with technology serving as a complementary tool in this endeavor.
